[Order & Shipping]

Orders are shipped within 15 business days after payment confirmation. For customized or made-to-order pieces, the production schedule may vary; additional guidance will be provided individually.

[Exchange & Refund Policy]

Customized pieces (including engraving, resizing, embossing, etc.) and made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

For standard items, exchanges or refunds are available once per order, within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the item is unused, with all original packaging and tags intact, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

To request an exchange or refund, please submit the buyer’s name, address, and order number via Channel Talk on our website. Once your request is received, our designated courier will collect the item at no additional cost.

Please note: if you choose to return the item using another courier, any loss or damage during transit will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are processed after the item passes our quality inspection. Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value only, and outbound shipping for the exchange will be complimentary.

You may also visit our HAUS to process exchanges or refunds. Please contact us in advance before your visit.
